This Privacy Policy describes how Remuz AI (“Remuz,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you visit our marketing website and join the waitlist. Remuz is an AI tool for real estate professionals that helps turn spoken property details and notes into listing copy. This page covers the website. The mobile app has its own in-app notices when you create an account.

Information we collect
Waitlist email. If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you submit so we can tell you when Remuz is available. We do not sell waitlist emails.
Usage data via Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how the site is used (for example, pages viewed, approximate location derived by Google, device type, and referral source). Google may set cookies or use similar identifiers on your device. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Google Analytics opt-out.
Technical logs. Our host (Vercel) may process IP addresses and request metadata to operate and secure the site.
How we use information
- To operate the waitlist and email you about access to Remuz
- To measure marketing site performance with Google Analytics
- To keep the site secure and debug issues
Legal bases (where GDPR/UK GDPR apply)
We process waitlist emails based on your request to be notified (contract / legitimate interest in running a waitlist). Analytics is based on legitimate interest in understanding site use, or consent where required by local law.
Sharing
We share data with processors that help us run the site: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (waitlist storage), and Google (Analytics). We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Waitlist emails are kept until you ask us to delete them or we close the waitlist after launch, then only as needed for records. Analytics data follows Google Analytics retention settings.
Your choices
Email hello@remuz.ai to access, correct, or delete your waitlist address. You can block Analytics cookies in your browser or use Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
Children
This site is for real estate professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
